Catalog Prices: the price of the skinsuits in the catalog, includes catsuit with hood (fully closed), gloves and feet. These items are sewn to the suit.

We are very busy in the fashion world, with productions much loved by women and men. We sew the bodysuits here in Italy, in our fashion house in Milan. The production of a catsuit is within a few days.

What are the delivery costs?

Please contact us if you would prefer to pay extra for courier delivery and we can quote for you - we use UPS Express SAVER. For an approximate price indication, the price should be multiplied by three, compared to the postal delivery. ----> For example send a medium heavy zentai-suit (about 500 grams) in Usa or Canada, arrival of the package within 2 days, the shipping price is about 45.00 €. With tracking.  For example send a medium zentai-suit (about 300 grams) in Korea, arrival of the package within 2 days, the shipping price is about 45.00 €. With tracking.

How do I order a zentai?
Zentai may be ordered one of two ways. First, you may send us a email to place your order with Nadia. Second, all skinsuits are available to be ordered through our website. Please measure yourself and consult the size chart. We are happy to advise you to make this process easier! - Zentai catsuit custom personalize with extras.

What are the delivery times?  
We keep many skinsuits in stock and therefore 2-3 days for in stock suits. Anything not in stock is usually only delayed by another couple of days.

What are the payment methods?  
We accept paypal, bank transfer, or other payment method. Please inform us your payment method in 24 hours.

I have completed the order, but the site will not let me pay with paypal the additional requests (EXTRA).
You don't worry about this. I will send you with separate document through paypal the amount to be paid relating to your additional requests.

What is the return policy?  
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please return it to us (unused/unworn still in original packaging) within 21 days and advise whether you would like a replacement or a refund. This also applies in the unlikely event of a Faulty item.

Lycra/Microfibre/Satin/Cotton Fabrics Life
Hand wash in mild detergent, cold water, line dry, do not dry clean, do not use bleach or soak in chlorine.
To obtain the best life, to improve the life and look of garments with Lycra, the only thing that should be avoided is chlorine bleach. Exposure to chlorine can lead to discoloration, stretch and eventual breakage of the Lycra fibers.

Metallic and Hologram Lycra Life
Please be aware that metallic fabrics and hologramm are novelty items with limited durability. These fabrics may not perform to the same standards of our solid and print lycras and velours. To have long time enjoyment with our products, you should consider some care details.
- Hand wash in mild detergent, cold water, line dry, do not dry clean, do not use bleach or soak in chlorine.
- Please also do not let the piece lie sweaty in a corner for longer time.
- Washing in the washer not recommended.
- Please wash the skinsuit with clear water, after every wear.
- In addition to this, please turn the piece to the "left" side and wash it with hand and with maximal 30ºC out.
- Please defend your materials from grease and suncream!

What is the difference between lycra and microfibre?
The lycra can be with holograms or with shiny paint; in general, the leggings are made with lycra fabric. Microfiber is the fabric of the tights; much more stretch and much softer.

For very heavy fabrics, what are the optimal zippers?
We do not recommend the use of invisible zippers or standard zippers (YKK #3). We recommend the use of zips, like YKK #5 Nylon.
For example,  YKK #5 Molded Plastic Separating or YKK #5 Nylon Coil Separating.
